BVM USN Celebrates the Eternal Essence of Motherhood
Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Udham Singh Nagar, celebrated Mother’s Day with heartfelt fervour and radiant joy, paying a glowing tribute to the boundless love, sacrifices and nurturing spirit of mothers. The special celebration, organised for the students of Shishu Vatika, warmly welcomed the mothers of the little munchkins, transforming the campus into a haven of love and togetherness.
The programme commenced with a serene prayer and ceremonial Deep Prajwalan, setting an auspicious tone for the celebration. The tiny tots poured out their affection through delightful rhymes, melodious songs, graceful dances and a charming ramp walk that won every heart.Adding sparkle to the event, fun-filled one-minute games for mothers created moments of laughter and cheer. Mrs. Santosh Sood graced the occasion with her esteemed presence, further enriching the celebration with warmth and happiness.
Palak Gogla of Class XII and Garima of Class V I eloquently expressed their thoughts on the significance of Mother’s Day, while Shradha of Class IV touched hearts with a soulful poem dedicated to mothers. A mesmerizing song presented by the students beautifully echoed the selfless love and silent sacrifices that define motherhood.
Students of Class VIII showcased a touching activity, “ Mom and Me – Memory Board,” displaying treasured memories and photographs shared with their mothers, making the atmosphere deeply emotional and nostalgic. Another meaningful initiative, “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam,” conducted by Class V students , symbolized love, care and environmental consciousness as each child dedicated a plant to their mother. Mrs Anita Marwaha presented a vote of thanks and extended heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to making the Mother's Day not only a celebration but also a beautiful expression of love, respect, and gratitude towards all mothers whose endless care and sacrifices shape our lives.
Addressing the gathering, Principal Mr. Pawan Sood inspired students to embrace humility, obedience and strong moral values, urging them to honour their parents through noble deeds and exemplary character.
The celebration concluded on a heartwarming note, leaving behind smiles, cherished memories and a deeper appreciation for the eternal bond between a mother and her child.
