Echoes of Eloquence: *BVM Hosts Inter-Class English Declamation Competition
Bhartiya Vidya Mandir, Udham Singh Nagar, Ludhiana organised an Inter-Class English Declamation Competition for the students of Classes VI to IX and XI. The event provided a vibrant platform for young orators to showcase their confidence, eloquence, articulation, and public speaking skills while fostering effective communication, critical thinking, and self-expression.
The competition was conducted under the guidance of the English HOD, Mrs. Manjula Sharma, and judged by Mrs. Rasdeep and Mrs. Anjali, who appreciated the participants for their confidence, clarity of thought, and impactful presentations.

Category I (Classes VI–VII)
● First Position: Samaira (VI-D)
● Second Position: Ridhima (VI-D)
● Third Position: Kavya (VII-C)
Category II (Classes VIII–IX)
● First Position: Saavi Gupta (IX-A)
● Second Position: Plaksha (IX-B)
● Third Position: Drishti Anand (IX-C)
Category III (Class XI)
● First Position: Harseerat (XI-S1)
● Second Position: Aditi (XI-S2)
● Third Position: Aarna (XI-C1)
The winners were felicitated with trophies by the Principal, Mr. Pawan Sood, who congratulated the winners on their well-deserved success. He appreciated the dedicated efforts of the English Department in successfully organising such a meaningful competition. He encouraged the students to continue nurturing their speaking abilities with confidence, creativity and conviction. The event concluded on a high note, celebrating the power of words and inspiring students to become articulate, confident and thoughtful communicators.
